What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.

What are my opt-out rights?

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through other means, consent from a parent or guardian must be provided where required by law.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. Even so, no security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect its systems and any data it holds.

Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.

Data Retention

The Application does not retain personal data collected through normal use because such data is not collected. If you voluntarily provide information through direct email or another support interaction, the Service Provider retains that information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Data Deletion

If you have voluntarily shared information with the Service Provider and would like that information deleted, you may submit a request by email to saskia7hollis@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled within a reasonable period, subject to any legal obligations requiring retention.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of this page with a new effective date. Your Consent
